An upper arm lift is an effective treatment option to tighten the upper arm skin and remove excess skin and tissue.
Make sure you complete the form completely
An upper arm lift starts at the elbow and extends to the armpits. Skin aging and possible weight loss reduce the elasticity of the skin, leading to upper arm relaxation. This problem can be eliminated with an upper arm lift. In some cases, the procedure must be combined with liposuction. Sometimes only a liposuction is enough.
- In most cases, sagging in the inside of the upper arms occurs with age due to gravity and age.
- The proportion of flaccidity of the skin and accumulated adipose tissue may vary depending on the patient.
- For this reason, a possible reoperation can be performed for each patient.
For whom is this operation recommended?
- For complaints such as flaccidity of the skin
- Patients with constant weight (middle age group)
- Non smoking

The surgeon informs the patient that he should not smoke 4 weeks before the procedure and 2 weeks after the procedure, resulting in faster wound healing. The patient should avoid direct sunlight and sunbeds during these 6 weeks. Medications such as aspirin or vitamin E should be discontinued 10 days before surgery. Also, strict diets should be avoided. In case of an infectious disease (flu), the surgery should be postponed.
